Landscape Visual & Character Assessment following the Landscape Institute guidance, adapted to suit the site and our preference for field work rather than relying only on desk-top-study alone.
This example saw an exciting studfarm project in the Green Belt of Surrey LVIA-assessed, with the building repositioned optimally in response to our findings and a landscape scheme designed in mitigation to tie the development into the landscape next to a SSSI.(Visualisation in this example by archilime/architecture by JSD).
We do many of these, large and small, mainly throughout Devon & Cornwall, supplied as succinct (no flannel) reports assessing visual, landscape culture and landscape character impacts and their remedy.
