About Us

Since establishment in 1995, the practice has always aimed for high quality design in new and restoration projects of all types and scales, rural and urban, working primarily within Devon and Cornwall but also much further afield.

Both have worked widely in the UK and some years in the Far East, developing knowledge of international hard and soft landscape design, masterplanning down to the detail of construction and planting; including tree transplanting techniques, tendering and contract management, statutory requirements, land management, landscape assessment (LVAs) and public consultation.

We work together on the bigger projects, with one of us fronting, and always bat design ideas around (so a client gets the benefit of the two of us).

The approach is an energetic personal commitment to a project and team, bringing with them imaginative design, crisp thinking, a serious consideration of the environment and design implications, and a thorough knowledge of traditional and modern materials.

Verbal presentation skills are complimented by traditional drawing craft (much preferred as presentation media) as well as modern CAD techniques.

An email enquiry will find Andrew or Charlotte who will be delighted to spend time, explaining how to commission the Practice and to discuss client ambitions.
